2007: Yamato started to implement the world's first power supply system of its kind to enhance the performance of its high-frequency induction furnace (which was installed in 1981 and has a capacity of 3 tons and rating of 2,200 kW).

Now that Yamato occupies 10% of the world's share of turbocharger parts supply for environmental friendly diesel engines, it is preparing to cope with various possibilities in the future by its strength in high-mix low-volume production with diversified materials. Yamato is also enhancing its processing facility because of the present age when not only casting, but also integration of processes is required.
